Day 1: Arrival Delhi

Arrive at the New Delhi International airport. Our representative will assist you in getting transferred to your pre booked hotel. Check in, and relax for the day. Stay overnight at the hotel.


Day 2: Delhi

After breakfast, get ready for the city tour of New Delhi as well as Old Delhi. Visit Qutub Minar raised by Qutub- u- din in 1199 either as a victory tower or as a minaret to the adjacent mosque; Lotus Temple completed in 1986, the Bahai temple set amidst pools and gardens, and adherents of any faith are free to visit the temple and pray or meditate silently according to their own religion; India Gate built as a memorial to commemorate the 70,000 India soldiers killed in World War I, India Gate was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and completed in 1931; the mughals brought with them a love for gardens, fountains and water, the first mature example of Mughal architecture in India, Humayun's Tomb was built by the emperor's grieving widow, Haji Begum, in 1565 AD; Jama Masjid one of the Architectural gift given by Shah Jahan, Jama Masjid is one of the largest mosques not only in Delhi but in India. Completed in 1658 this Mosque has three gateways, four angle towers and two 40 m high minarets. And in the evening enjoy the sound and light show at Red Fort was made in 1639, when Shah Jahan decided to shift his capital from Agra to Delhi. Built in Red Sand stone this imposing fort is 3 kms in perimeter with the height of the wall varying from 18 to 30 meters at places. Return back to the hotel and stay overnight.


Day 3: Delhi - Jaipur (265 kms/5 hrs)

After breakfast at, get driven to Jaipur, the Pink City, founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, the ruler of Amber. Reach Jaipur and check in the pre-booked hotel. In the evening enjoy shopping in the Ramganj Bazar for shoes or jutis as they are called, Kishanpol Bazar for tie and dye textiles, Maniharon Ka Rasta (Tripolia Bazar) for lac bangles and other items, Achrol House, Subhash Chowk for carpets, Khajano Ka Rasta for marble carving, and Sanganer village for block printing, hand-made paper and blue pottery. Return and stay overnight at the hotel.


Day 4:Jaipur

After breakfast, get ready to explore the beautiful architecture of Amer Fort which used to be the capital of the Kachhwaha clan, till Jaipur was made the official capital in 1727, Jal Mahal on the way to Amer, this small palace is set in the middle of Man Sagar Lake and Hawa Mahal built in 1799, by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, is the most recognizable monument of Jaipur. The 5 storied stunning semi-octagonal monument having 152 windows with over hanging latticed balconies is a fine piece of Rajput architecture. Followed by City Palace a blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture, it houses a Seven storeyed Chandra Mahal in the centre, which affords a fine view of the gardens and the city, Jantar Mantar built in 18th century by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the huge masonary instruments were used to study the movement of constellations and stars in the sky and Birla Temple. In the evening enjoy the cultural performances


Day 5:Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (245 kms/5 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and get driven to Agra. En-route visit Fatehpur Sikri, also known as the “Ghost City”. Its gate, Bulund Darwaza, the largest gateway in the world is the main attraction of the town. Fatehpur Sikri built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, was the old capital of the Moghuls, which was abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings including the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal & other Palaces which are still preserved in its original glory. Reach Agra and check in your pre-booked hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.


Day 6: Agra – Delhi – (By Air) Cochin

Early morning we leave to see the magnificent piece of architecture the Taj Mahal, perhaps the most photographed monument in the world. A dawn visit to the fabled Taj Mahal to witness the magical effects caused by the reflections of the changing colors of the rising Sun on this brilliant white marble building. Later we return back to our hotel for breakfast.

Later, check out and visit Red Fort, which was built by Emperor Akbar in 1565, and additions were made up until the time of his grandson, Shah Jahan. It contains the hall of public and private audiences amongst many other beautiful structures; Itmad-ud-daulah, which was constructed by Nur Jahan between 1622 and 1628 and is very similar to the tomb she constructed for her husband, Jehangir, near Lahore in Pakistan.

Leave for Delhi airport to board the evening flight to Cochin. Kochi - the Queen of Arabian Sea, undoubtedly the Commercial hub of Kerala, where ancient civilization gracefully mingles with the modern life. Upon arrival get transferred to your hotel, and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7:Cochin

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Cochin visiting St. Francis' Church, built in the year 1503 by Portuguese Francisan Friars & known to be the oldest European church in India. We also visit Dutch Palace, originally built by the Portuguese. The Palace has a fine collection of mural paintings depicting scenes from Hindu epics, Mahabharata & Ramayana. Nest we will visit Jew Town, synagogue, built in the year 1568, is magnificently decorated by Chinese tiles & Belgian chandeliers. Giant scrolls of the Old Testament can be found here. And the Chinese fishing nets, (Cheenavala) are distinctly unique to Cochin. It is believed that traders from the court of the Chinese ruler Kublai Khan introduced these nets here.

On evening discover the famous dance drama of Kerala, the “Kathakali” show. This dance can be characterized by grotesque gesticulations, amazing costumes and very extensive make-up. The stories are mostly taken from the epics Mahabharatha and Ramayana. Overnight back in the hotel.


Day 8: Cochin - Munnar

Morning after breakfast, check out and get driven to Munnar. Nestled in the undulating mountain ranges of the southern Western Ghats and is unrivalled among the tourist destinations of Kerala. Its inescapable natural beauty lures scores of tourists each and every year from not only India but also from abroad. The major highlights of Munnar are its remarkable ambiance, lush green tea gardens, mesmerizing lakes, dense forests and a cool salubrious climate. Check in the hotel on arrival and take a leisurely walk in the evening. Stay overnight at the hotel.


Day 9: Munnar

After breakfast, proceed for full-day tour of Munnar, visiting the world's highest tea estates spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometres, Lush green hills all around - a place to be seen to be believed, and Eravikulam National Park, set up for the preservation of the endangered Niligir Tahr . Park has the largest known population of Tahr existing in the world & also shelters Atlas Moth, Elephants, Sambhars, Gaurs, Lion-tailed Macaque, Nilgiri Langur & Leopord. This park exhibits the breathtaking natural splendor of rolling grasslands & exotic flowers. Anamudi, (2695 mtr) the highest peak of Southern India, towers over the pride of the sanctuary. Later Visit Devikulam, a place famous for it's beautiful lake.

Also visit Tata Tea Museum, Collection of old bits and pieces from the colonial era can be seen here. Also enjoy Tea Plantation in the Tea gardens.

Evening at leisure or walk around the hill station.


Day 10: Munnar - Alleppey

Breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to Alleppey to board the houseboat for your Backwaters cruise. These boats are a reworked version of kettuvallams of olden times and made out of huge planks of Jack wood, joined with coir from Coconut shells. These original kettuvallams were once used to carry tons of rice and spices. They are today converted into comfortable floating accommodation offering enchanting cruises through the backwaters. Cruise through the palm fringed canals enjoying the beauty of rural village life. You will be offered to accompany the Chef on a visit to the direction a local food market to buy all the ingredients for the execution of your sumptuous Keralan meals served on board. The trip continues through a wonderful area of the lush green vegetation of Kerala backwaters. Dinner & overnight on board the Houseboat. 


Day 11: Alleppey - Kochi - Fly back home…

After breakfast, check out of the houseboat and get driven to Kochi airport for boarding flight
